Commonwealth Voices 2021 News

Commonwealth Voices, February 2021 edition is now live

Commonwealth Voices Front Cover

I am delighted to share that the February 2021 edition of Commonwealth Voices is now live and available to read or download from our website:

We spotlight the first virtual Awards Ceremony for The Queen’s Commonwealth Essay Competition with our Vice-Patron, HRH The Duchess of Cornwall as well as the recent launch of The Duchess of Cornwall’s Reading Room.
We highlight the strength of the Commonwealth community through COVID-19 and feature articles by the Rwandan Foreign Minister who sets out what to expect at CHOGM, Lord Ahmad who reflects on COP26, and the Lord Mayor of the City of London on ‘building back better.’
You can also read about the work the Commonwealth Youth, Gender and Equality Network (of which the Society is Secretariat) have been doing in recent months and hear from youth exchange participant Max Louth about the launch of the Commonwealth Youth Exchange and his experience so far.

We hope you enjoy reading this edition. As a charity we rely on the generosity of individuals to support our work and we would be grateful if you might consider making a donation as we like many others face challenges during COVID-19.

Please do feel free to share this with your network and we wish you and your loved ones good health in these most challenging of times.

Keep well,

Dr Linda Yueh
